Met joanna earlier nefore training started. we're suppose to go for a short run before training started. But in the end, never cause 8.30 already/ Everyone was tired during training.
we all dont like the sun! D: and the sun was really super hot today.
imagine how much we suffered. indoor !

Didnt go shopping today.

Lunched @ sumo house with hui cheng thomas powen and bryan.

and the say what eat fish can grow taller. so, in the end i ate the last piece. LOL
they're all full of crap. HAHA
went for c'boys training with them :)
we entertained jiao lian's daughter .
