it has been going on since weeks already.
anws, attended trng in the morning . i was thinking that it would be indoor okays !
but no indoor so had to use outdoor but was raining so did physical -.-
ran 12 rounds, did jumps and 5rounds of spike approach. thats KILLER man

think im not in the mood for trng today (?) served 1 ball only. worst day man

serena : eh excuse me, you guys are cutting my friends Q
LOL. they was damn paiseh lahs & the way serena say damn ...

they said something DAMN FUNNY that made us laugh like shit.
even a group of strangers that walk pass heard, laugh and look at us ! LOL
